Terms and Conditions

1. Appointments and Scheduling: Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. All bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of the required information and payment, where applicable.

2. Cancellations: Clients may cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations within the allowed time frame will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or late cancellations beyond the allowed period.

4. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Requests made after this period may incur additional charges.

5. Changes to Terms: These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Clients will be notified of significant updates prior to their implementation.

6. Liability: The business is not liable for any delays or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified, and efforts will be made to reschedule or resolve the matter promptly.
